Nowton put on 146 for the first wicket and the 103 for the 2nd wicket in posting a good score of 272-4 in 45 overs, with Tony Lee taking 3 wickets.

Eight Ash Green made a good effort in trying to reach the target, with Oliver Mewis and Joe Young putting on 140 for the 2nd wicket. With Oliver Mewis making 102 & Joe Young 64. Ben Ashton 21 & Ethan Wyatt 16 both hit some lusty blows at the end of the innings in trying to obtain the win, but Eight Ash Green ran out of overs.

A very good effort by an Eight Ash Green 10 man team, as Jake Harris did not turn up.
