Match report On a lovely sunny afternoon and the outfield looking the best it has done all season Duncan Wyatt upon winning the toss decided to bat first.

Hansana Gunasekera and Ethan Frost put on 30 runs for the first wicket and Luke Coppin and Henry Warner put on 35 runs for the 5th wicket, but the innings never really got going, but we managed to post a score of 138 for 8 from 30 overs.

After 12 overs Tendring were 12 for 5, but we knew we had to still keep pressing hard, from what they had done in their previous matches. Tendring did accelerate their run rate, but we kept on chipping away taking wickets, with Jack Axon finally taking his first 2 wickets in senior cricket, as we won by 33 runs.

I have enjoyed this season so much and to be the T30 League Champions, shows how much the teenagers have developed their game.
