Match report Due to rain the previous day and night the match was delayed by 30 minutes and started just after 12.30pm. Eight Ash Green won the toss and elected to bowl first.

Opening bowler Ethan Wyatt took 3 wickets and also ran out the number 4 batsman Shaun Fox who was fuming, as he walked off the pitch after his batting colleague turned down a single. Fellow opening bowler Calum McDonald chipped in with 1 wicket as Harwich & Dovercourt were reduced to 15-5 after 11overs.
Harwich & Dovercourt tried to fight back, but steadily lost their next 5 wickets, with Matt Parker taking 4 wickets to be all out for 49.

Harwich & Dovercourt did not go down without a fight reducing Eight Ash Green to 34-5, with left arm spinner Adeel Abbas taking 3 wickets.

Eight Ash Green lost no further wickets to win by 5 wickets.

It was a low scoring match, but an intriguing match.
