Sad to report that Don Saggers passed away on Friday. Don was a regular at The Green in the 60s, 70s and 80s, keeping wicket and opening the batting. He was also a talented footballer and a great character. Our thoughts are with wife Paula.

Funeral takes place on Monday 19th October 10am at Colchester Crematorium and afterwards Rose and Crown, East Street. Family flowers only.  There is a tribute site for those who wish to make donations for Alzheimer's Society and St Helena Hospice at Donaldsaggers.muchloved.com
