The club’s Annual General Meeting will be on Wednesday November 25th at 7.30pm in the Eight Ash Green Village Hall, Spring Lane, CO6 3QF. It is expected to last about an hour. This is open to all members of the club and is an important occasion when we review the season, answer questions and appoint club officials.

On the agenda will be how we repair the subsidence damage to the pavilion caused by the dry summer. Latest indications are that it may cost up to £50,000 to put right. We are investigating grants, donations and loans to enable us to repair the damage before next season.
