Match report Incredibly captain Duncan Wyatt won the toss for the 5th consecutive match and put Sudbury into bat. After the rain all day yesterday Sudbury's outfield had dried out very well.

With Eight Ash Green fielding possibly their youngest ever senior team with 2 adults and 9 teenagers. Nico Dormant, Henry Warner, Felix Friedlein and Luke Coppin all bowled economically for Eight Ash Green, with Sudbury scoring 163 for 5 from their 30 overs. The two U14 players playing their first senior match acquitted themselves well in the field who were stand in wicketkeeper Connor Amos and Caiden Amos.

Felix Friedlein and Ethan Frost put on 77 for the first wicket from 9.2 overs. Ethan Frost played on for 19, but Felix Friedlein continued to score freely. Felix reached his fifty and retired not out which is a rule in this T30 League when you reach fifty. With Jack Axon and Dev Agrawal now at the crease scoring slowed down, until Dev opened his shoulders hitting 6 fours in a career best 27. There was still time for a slight batting wobble when we lost 3 wickets for 6 runs. with the bowler Joe Rose on a hat trick Nico Dormant square cut the bowler for 4 runs to win the match by 6 wickets.
