Match report The Under 13s played West Bergholt in a friendly fixture tonight and won by 6 wickets.

West Bergholt batted first and made 110 for 8 off their 20 overs. The outstanding batsmen for Bergholt was M Rogers who made 58. The bowling was again good, with Josh taking 2 wickets and one each for Isaac, Matt P & D and Jake. There were three catches in the innings, Richard, Leighton and Matt D,off his own bowling, shared these.

When the Green batted, Richard and Jake set about the run chase in positive fashion, putting on 28 for the first wicket. Both were out for 13, then Lawrence made a very good 23 before Matt P saw the Green to the target with a well paced 36 not out. The winning runs coming with 5 balls to spare.
