After liaison with the Headmaster, PE staff, boarding staff and grounds staff, I can confirm that we can accommodate your request for your Youth Section to train on Wednesday evening from 6.45pm to 8.15pm in 3 of the nets, and the practice ground marked as squares in the area to the right of the entrance to the Sports Hall, known as Barbours.

Please note that I have changed the evening to Wednesday in accordance with your request, in order that you may use the field as defined in addition to the nets, and altered the time to ensure no overlap with school pick up traffic.

The terms and conditions of this letting will be detailed in the letting agreement which I will provide next week, and I summarise the main points below:

· the letting is for the months of May, June and July 2012

· nets will be charged at £15 each

· entrance to the school is via the second entrance which is clearly marked as the entrance to the sports hall

· parking is in the sports hall car park

· toilet facilities will be in the sports hall

· no access is permitted to Holmwood House grounds apart from those detailed in the letting agreement

· the school retains the right to cancel the letting should weather render the nets and/or field unplayable

As you may imagine, you would have been unable to practice in the nets or on the field last week due to the weather, and a decision whether the letting can proceed next week, w/c 07/05/12, will have be taken by Holmwood staff when we return to school next Tuesday. I do hope the weather improves shortly to allow all practice and matches to proceed.

Please confirm if you would like to proceed with this letting or whether you would prefer the Tuesday evening at the same time, but with access to only the nets.
