Earlier this afternoon the Travellers who had been occupying the Heath since Friday afternoon were moved on. The damage to the ground is minimal and we will be able to play this coming weekend. The youth team games scheduled for this week have already been re arranged by Sam.

Thanks to the Parish Council and Penny Lovejoy whose actions on Friday afternoon led to the enforcement order and also to Dean Heap of the Football Club who kept a watch on proceedings throughout and kept us informed. We are very grateful to all those who acted in our best interests.

Short notice but a group of volunteers are meeting on the Heath at 9am in the morning to clear the rubbish left behind. Anyone from the club who is available to help with this please report to the Heath in the morning.  Protective boots and gloves necessary.
