Match report On another glorious sunny day Captain Duncan Wyatt won the toss and decided to bowl first.

We started well, but gradually the West Bergholt batsman got on top, but then Dev Agrawal with 1 for 12 from 5 overs and Thomas Riley with 3 for 31 from 5 overs slowed and pegged back the West Bergholt innings. Matt Barnard then pulled his hamstring in the 20th over and it all got a bit disjointed after that, with having to get Kris Ratnayake's son Gevin having to field and then Connor Amos's girlfriend Maja to field (thank you to both of you for filling in).
West Bergholt then scored more runs than I would of liked towards the end of the innings to post a score of 182 for 6 from 30 overs. Overall the bowling was a very mixed bag this week with too many full tosses and short pitched ball.

Even though the score posted by West Bergholt is a good T30 score I told the team I had every confidence that we could get the runs, particularly with the fast outfield.

Brothers Connor Amos and Glen Amos opened for the first time together and put together an opening partnership of 75 runs. Glen scored his first 50 and retired with his score on 51, which are the T30 rules. The match was evenly poised all the way through our innings, but at 146 for 6 from 25 overs we still had a bit to do to win. James Woodcock and Kris Ratnayake saw us home with 1 ball to spare with James Woodcock hitting the winning 4 to finish on 41 not out.
