Match report Starting with only 8 players it was agreed that we would bat first.Will Spicer showed his class with a brilliant 68 not out, EAG finished on 128 for 4 after 20 overs. Some good running between the wickets kept the runs flowing as only 9 boundaries were scored.
Long Melford were always behind the required run rate due to good bowling & some brilliant ground fielding, 2 run outs. Pick of the bowlers was Calum McDonald who was virtually unplayable.Sinclair batted very well to score 38 but Long Melford could only score 90 off their 20 overs.
We won by 38. Another satisfying performance from all players.
