Dear EAGCC Member,

I wish to take this opportunity to inform that I have made the decision to step down as the clubs Chairman with immediate effect. Many of you are aware of some recent issues which arose and I cannot thank you enough for the outpouring of support I have received, it has been truly humbling. However it is clear that now is the time for me to step down, and allow someone else to spearhead the clubs progression. For those of you unware of recent events, there have been some differences of opinion at committee level regarding who we are and how we conduct ourselves as a club which has lead me to this decision.

I have also made the decision not to stay on as a playing member; I feel a clean break for both me and the club is what is best for all concerned.

In my 10+ years with the Green I have seen many highs and lows, and made many wonderful friends and I wish you all as individuals, and the club as whole all the very for the best for the future, and hope to see you all soon.
