Dear Greenies,

In order to raise some funds for the club we will be selling sponsorship of the home changing room pegs so grab yourself a piece of the Green by getting your name up on the wall! This will be via a sealed bid auction and will gain you a plaque with your name underneath whichever peg you win in the home changing room.

So here is how it works –

Please text your bid (what you are willing to pay for your peg) to Kevin on 07525900327 or email kevinkerry06@live.co.uk

• The lowest you can bid is £15
• If you want to club together with someone and share a peg you can, but shared pegs require a minimum bid of £25 (Please let me know in text/email if it is a shared bid)
• The closing time for bids is 6pm 25/9/2014
• The top 15 bids will then receive a peg
• If you do not make the top 15, you will not be expected to pay (But can if you wish)
• Who gets which peg will be determined by how much you have bid, so the highest bid will get first choice, 2^nd highest bid will get 2^nd choice and so on
• If bids are tied, the order will be drawn out of a hat
• The winners will be announced at the awards evening the day after bidding closes
• You only get 1 bid! So make sure it’s enough to secure your peg
• Money is due to the club either on the night of the awards or by the end of September at the latest
