Dear Greenies,

With the season starting next Sunday, it is once again time to update your availability on the website. Please make sure this done a week in advance throughout the season, and if you ever have any queries, please just ask me! To update, simply log in to the website, your default username is your first initial of your christian name and your surname, (so mine is ksmith), and your default password is password. If you have changed your password and can not remember it, (Silly boy), please let me know and I will send you a password reminder. Once logged in, click availability in the navigation bar and the rest is self explanatory.

The rules for selection this year are as follows - 

• Availability will be taken from the website at 8am on a Monday morning
• Those who have not update their availability will not be considered until all of those that have updated, have been selected
• For games being played on the Saturday, the teams will be on the website and you will be emailed by 6pm on Tuesday
• For games being played on the Sunday, the teams will be on the website and you will be emailed by 6pm on Wednesday
• If you have been selected for Saturday, and have not responded by 8pm on Thursday, you will considered unavailable and removed from the team
• If you have been selected for Sunday, and have not responded by 8pm on Friday, you will considered unavailable and removed from the team
• Please remember that you play for EAGCC and not a specific team
