Last year Eight Ash Green CC put four people through the Young Cricket Leaders.  This is an annual programme that aims to:

• Create the opportunity for Young People between the age of 14 and 16, to acquire skills and competency in leadership and life skills that will allow them to volunteer within the community of their cricket club and/or school.
• To retain young people between 14 16 yrs old (Year 9 &10) in cricket and sport by investing quality time and resources into a specialised programme.
• To broaden the base of young volunteers within the game to become role models in their club, school and community and administrators of the future.
