Firsts Tie in Thriller at Wivenhoe!   The 1s tied with 240 runs apiece at Wivenhoe on Saturday to earn a valuable 15 points.  Stuart Hammond was the 'Birthday Hero' with half the total.   Read the great match report here.  Although Easton lost, Tuddenham got 19 points at Halstead and are the still the team to beat for promotion.  The 1s are at home on Saturday to what should be an easier game against bottom side Elmstead - support welcome.  It could still all come down to the last game of the season at home on 14th September. 

Seconds March On!  EAG 2s stretched their unbeaten run to EIGHT on Saturday with a comfortable win over Kelvedon & Feering.  Matt Parker the Col Brewery MoM with six wickets.  The 2s are in second place behind Harwich but have a game in hand.  It's a tough run-in starting with Earls Colne away on Saturday then Witham 3s who have come good suddenly.
