The Green's social midweek XI - The PieRates - once again somehow find themselves in the FINAL of the Evening League Championship Cup!  

Sponsored by Martin’s Butchers and ably led by Matt Parker, the team are away at Gt Bromley THIS WEDNESDAY.  Weather permitting the game will start at 6pm so come along and cheer the crew on as we start the final run in to a POTENTIAL TREBLE CUP WINNING SEASON!!

The PieRates won this competition a few ago when the brand was stronger (and Luke Keyboard was slimmer), and are pictured on the team transport the ‘Black Boar’ from Captain Pugwash fame. 

As usual there will be pies all-round.  And once again the rumours that El Presidenté will be buying the beers in the event of a win are TRUE!  See you there!
