Perhaps it doesn't sound a lot but the above has been fitted into the last 5 months, its taken a lot of effort and cost, so a big thanks to all sponsors, who along with the player subscriptions and generous donations we receive help fund the costly business of running a cricket club.

Thanks to the committee for the hard work they put in, the above may have happened in the last 5 months but the committee meet all year round to plan, cost and discuss ways of taking the club forward.

Our comprehensive website gives you all the stats of all games and highlights the top individual performances. The 1st XI had an excellent season achieving 3rd place in Division 4, they like all other teams throughout the club will be wanting to achieve even better next season.

Thanks to all players young and old who have made themselves available, many clubs have struggled to field teams this season but I am pleased that we have produced sides in all but two games from our extensive fixture list.

Although the playing season is over we have: Ground and Pavilion clear up morning this Saturday 22nd 9am - 11am

Dinner at Birch Grove Saturday 13th October 7pm

Club AGM Saturday morning 10am November date tbc

Please make every effort to attend all three.

Finally my thanks to everyone who played in games, assisted at the events during the course the season.

Our Platinum season has been a season to remember.  Thank You

Richard Polley
