In our end-of-season finale game the EAG Parents defeated the Youth team by 6 runs in a fun, quality encounter.

Standout batting from Matthew Blair (19 not out) and Ian Wild (18 not out) led the Parents to 110-7 in their 20 overs. Troy Collins with 2 wickets and Ben Tilley bowling out his dad Jason were the fielding highlights.

In their reply the Youth team kept up with the run chase. But family victories for Jason Tilley, Ian Wild and Sam Collins - each bowling out their Youths - turned the match in the Parents favour. A late surge for the Youth came too late and they ended up on 104, just 6 runs short. Well done everyone!
