All players, please can you submit your availability as soon as possible for the following month or week.

Even if you do your availability for the week one week at a time it saves a lot of time in selection when the captains know who they can pick. It helps immensely and saves time chasing players up.

To update your availability:

- Login to the website with your own username and password ( if you don't have one apply for a login on the website)

- There is a tab at the top of the website called Availability, click on that

- Select the dates you are available and if you can not play change it to unavailable

If every player did this it would be of immense help to the captains, also it might mean you get picked more often!
