Match report A great effort by an inexperienced Green team to overcome Boxted's total of 207, bowling first Ethan Wyatt and Nitya Patel claimed 4 wickets between them in their opening spells, a solid partnership of 120 between Evans and Hayes was the basis of Boxted's innings before wickets fell at the end, the bowlers being backed up by good catches from Karen Cutter and Dimps Pasfield.

The Green started solidly but after both openers had gone Amy Finbow Jeffery hit a quick 19 and then Craig Axon joined Ethan Wyatt and they advanced the score in a measured way putting on 65 before Ethan was out for 54, just having completed his first 50 in senior cricket. Green then lost wickets in effort to maintain the scoring rate and fell 24 runs short.
