Match report This was a brave first match by a very inexperienced EAG U11 who were pitted again a strong Sudbury side. Sudbury batted first and a combination of strong batting and lots of extras (41) saw them amass a formidable 327 runs. George Holroyd kept well with James Rolfe and Louis Parat the pick of the bowlers.

EAG’s batting improved as the innings progressed but we were still dismissed 10 times which meant losing 50 runs and a final score of 240 rather than 290! Many of these were our mistakes and can be quickly corrected. All the boys learned lots and will be much better in the next fixture. Well done.
