Match report Great Waltham players stuck in A12 traffic, so match started at 1.30pm.

Great Waltham won the toss and elected to bat.

Eight Ash Green removed both openers inside the first 10 overs and after that were chasing the ball all round the ground, as they scored 355-7 from 40 overs. We were hampered as Tristin Wyatt making his debut pulled his calf muscle and had to field at slip for two thirds of the match. Despite this team spirit was good as we chased the ball around the field.

Eight Ash Green scored 94 all out, with Tom Lee scoring 30 runs with some lusty blows, who also done well in a unfamiliar role of keeping wicket.
