WELCOME!

EAGCC fields three senior sides – one on a Saturday and two on a Sunday.

The 1st XI plays on Sundays in the PDQ League.  Last year we topped Division Two and were promoted to Division One and ths year we seek to consolidate with a top-half position before moving to a Premier Division position.   We've done well in the PDQ Cup too, reaching the final in 2006 (pictured right) at the Castle Park.

Our 2rd XI also play on Sundays in Division 4 of the same league.  Our Saturday side is being run as a Development XI to integrate our many promising youth players and plays in Division 6 of the Two Counties League.  For league info, visit the Two Counties or PDQ web sites. 

Key to our success is the systematic introduction of younger players from the youth section.  We are also keen to recruit new players at 1st XI level and will be pleased to hear from anyone interested from home or overseas.   Please contact me for more information.

SELECTION POLICY

Can ALL players involves in playing for senior sides - including youth players who rotate in - please note AND ADHERE TO the below.

• It is the players' responsibility to give availability, before Monday, to the respective selector either on-line or by more taditional media!
• The Selection Committee meets every Monday evening.
• The 1st and 2nd XIs will be selected before the Development  XI.
• Any changes to availability must be immediately reported to the selectors.
• Players are reminded that they are playing for EAGCC, not for an individual team.
• Availability - via the web site - should be completed as soon as possible.

NETS

Dates and times of senior nets are TBA shortly.

AVAILABILITY AND SELECTION

Players are responsible for notifying their captain immediately of any change in their availability.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Senior subscriptions are £65 or £40 and a tea worth at least £25.
Students subs are £15. Subscriptions MUST be paid by end May. 

MATCH FEES

All fixtures are £6 seniors / £3 youth.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Contact your team captain for information. Do not telephone until TWO hours before the due start of play.

MATCH DAY

All players are expected to turn up to matches at least ONE hour before they are due to start.
