Mistley v Eight Ash Green Cricket Club Redundant4 on Sun 05 Jul 2009 at 10.00
Eight Ash Green Cricket Club Won 7 runs

Match report Back to winning ways with all boys playing well.
Mistley batted first & finished on 264 for the loss of 4 wickets. However there were still too many wides & no balls(15). Thomas Potter, captain on the day finished with the best figures, 2 overs 2 wickets for 8 runs.
Athough Mistley had some good bowlers we batted very intelligently. We defended thalls on the stumps, hit the ones that needed hitting & generally ran between wickets well. We scored 271 for the loss of 1 wicket. Richard Nolan top scored with 13 runs although he did run himself out.
Congratulations to all on a great team effort.
