Match report A tough day at the office for the Green 2nd XI. A strong Maldon III batting line-up was too strong for the EAG rather inexperienced bowling group and they scored an excellent 181 for 3 off their 24 overs. A debut wicket for Dev Agraawal was one small highlight for EAG.

The EAG reply stumbled early with the top four going with just 3 runs on the board and the game was already lost. Youthful verve and swagger from Jack Axon (15, runs not age) and Joseph Munson (26) restored some pride but a finishing score of 61 - 6 off 24 overs was simply not good enough on the day.
