Match report A tough return fixture against a good Copford side. Copford won the toss and decided to bat first, scoring 135-4 in their 20 overs. Two catches by James Plummer, including a candidate for catch of the season, helped keep the score down.

The EAG top order struggled against some good bowling and when key wickets fell the match was effectively over. The middle and lower order batsmen applied themselves really well and played out the full 20 overs, taking EAG to 54-8. A good effort from some of our less experienced players.
