Match report a very satisfying night, a first up win for the year & the first ever win for this team. Very well done right to the last ball.
We won the toss, batted first & got a competent 95 for 7 from our 20 overs. Spicer batted well for 39, Birchall contributing a handy 16. The pick of the LM bowlers was Gatland with 4 wickets for 3 runs.
LM were never in front of the run rate, Sinclair batted very well to finish on 45 n.o.Most bowlers did well for their first match of the season but we bowled 13 wides which was a little disappointing. Well done to S.Bowles for a good job as Captain for the evening.
