Match report Kelvedon won the toss & decided to bat first. Eight Ash Green had the perfect start with a wicket off the first ball of each of the first 2 overs & after 10 overs were 26 for 2. They finished on 76 for 5 after 20 overs. Our bowling was very good as was the fielding although we dropped a couple of hard chances.
Our innings started slowly,we were 31 for 3 after 12 overs with Kelvedon bowling very well. However Jonathan Purser & Edmund O'Donnell had an unbeaten partnership of 46 to win the game in the 19th over. Jonathan finished on 38 not out. Well done to all players on a great result. Unfortunately Charlie Cresswell dislocated a finger & will miss the next couple of weeks.
