Match report EAG won the toss and chose to bat first. Charlie Shepherd & Ollie Lovejoy set off at a storming pace, scoring at nearly 10 per over. When Charlie was out for a fantastic personal best 64, the pair had put on an opening partnership of 104. It was not long before Ollie also reached 50, Jonathan Purser chipping in with 33 not out. EAG finished with a brilliant score of 165 for 3.

West Bergholt faced the daunting task of chasing 166 & did not start well loosing 2 early wickets. Rodgers & Watson had a good stand, Rodgers made 34, Rhaiti scored a quickfire 44 to unsettle the Green but when he was out the game was all but over. West Bergholt finished on 136 for 5. Great bowling from Ollie Lovejoy with 2-11. Dominic Purser 1-17, Jonno Matthews 1-19 & Charlie Shepherd 1-22 saw the Green home to a terrific win by 29 runs. Well done to Ethan Ward for taking on the wicket keeping duties as Charlie Cresswell was unavailable for the match.
