Availability for last month of cricket

We are entering the last month of cricket for this truncated season. Please can you make sure your availability is up to date for the final few games

Special event: September 12 & 13 v Dulwich Lawnmower

We have a celebration weekend with games against our visitors from London led by Andrew Woodhouse. On Saturday the bar will be open from midday and a BBQ running after the game. Please join us for this celebration weekend and catch up with some players past and present – whilst socially distanced of course. 

The running order for the weekend is as follows –

Saturday 12 September

• At the Green we have a four-way six-a-side competition starting at 11 am and running throughout the day. This will feature two EAG teams and two from Dulwich Lawnmower playing a series of 10 over matches followed by a final – so a fun and fast game is assured
• Our 2^nd XI will be playing a longer game (planned 40 overs) at Boxted, returning to the Green afterwards to join the festivities

Sunday 13 September

• At the Green we have a 40 over game against the tourists

Please make yourself available for this fun weekend. If you wish to play in the 40 over game on Saturday (away at Boxted) please add a note saying ‘2^nd XI only’ so we know.

End of Season Celebrations

Well done to everyone for making such a success of this season in the most difficult and unprecedented of conditions.  Let’s end this season with a bang!
