Match report After an heavy overnight storm the covers did their job and kept the wicket dry.
West Bergholt won the toss and elected to bowl first.
For around the first 10 overs there were plenty of balls that were popping up of the wicket, which was making bating difficult in the early stages. Then Will Spicer and Connor Murphy both batted very nicely in an unbroken stand of 159 for the 3rd wicket. Will scoring a majestic 117 not out and Connor scoring his first ever senior fifty, finishing on 58 not out.

West Bergholt went on to win by 8 wickets, wth a succesion of big hits from opener Jack Mortgomery, who hit 121, with 8 sixes
