Match report Another great result for the zone 1 boys. Jamie won the toss and asked Braintree to bat. Tight bowling and sound fielding restricted the opposition to a total of 230. Wickets were shared around but Dom Purser and Dan Rice bowled particularly well.
A steady start laid the foundations before Jamie and Sam smashed 38 runs to put EAG in the driving seat. Stout batting at the end put the game beyond doubt. The boys are now looking forward to the return on sunday!
