Match report Finally a Sunday morning without rain.
J.Purser the EAG Captain won the toss & asked Mistley to bat.
Our bowling was variable with too many extras(23). Mistley made 83 for 5 off their 20 overs. E.O'Donnell took 2-13, M.Newhouse 1-8 & S.Atkinson 1-5. C.Shepherd & J.Blackwell took good catches & J.Blackwell secured a great run out.
Our reply did not start well losing 2 wickets in the first over & struggled to score freely all innings with J.Blackwell(10) & C.Shepherd(6) the pick of the batsmen. We were all out in the 20th over for 40. Mistley bowled tightly allowing only 7 extras & deserved their victory by 43 runs.
