It has been a busy week for Eight Ash Green CC with the awards night on Saturday going down a storm (pictures & summary season to follow) and some big signings joining the Green!

Rumours are beginning to circle about certain players leaving and going,with reports of 1 match wonder Shelford Meads joining a local reservoir team, when asked Shelford replied " Nah mate never heard of them, i hate cricket anyway.." 

We are however pleased to confirm Wednesday Captain Matt Parker has been on a sourcing mission to Dublin where he met up with PCA Player of the Year Samit Patel (left) & Specsavers Player of the Season Steven Mullaney (right) to discuss them coming to the Green.  We are pleased to announce they will be joining the club to help bolster the ranks as we go into Division 4 in the coming season, to celebrate the boys went out, however our new players were not aware of the dress code.. 

We are pleased to announce that they have joined with fellow Notts player Alex Hales whom Tony Lee convinced earlier in the season. We wish all our current and new players a good off-season and keep your eyes on the website for our season summary!
